This is a very interesting article from the BBC and a good potential topic for coming classes.

We all know that plastic surgeons make a lot of money, but what about all of the other folks who are not certified cosmetic surgeons who are doing the same work? This article is over 2 years old, but I bet that the problem is still significant given the television coverage that I've seen recently.
