Here are some starter questions.
1) Why do you think Koreans are seen as if they like to do things in the same way? What makes them to do that?
2) Do you agree that Koreans, in general, are not used to being with people of a different culture?
3) what do you think about using English as a second official language? What kinds of loss and gain would be brought about?
