Speeding Is the Only Time We Feel Alive

You've got to be kidding me. The police rewarded this dangerous, irresponsible group by clearing the highways for them on special occasions. Give me a break. Arrest them all and impound their vehicles.

Do you think that police enforcement of traffic laws is acceptable in Seoul?

This article is an extreme example, but moving violations and parking violations do not seem to be enforced by the police. (You can probably tell that this is one of my pet peeves).
