Most articles that I've found on English language learning in Korea are printed in Korean English-language newspapers. This one is in the British "Guardian", which I thought was novel enough to consider.
However the questions are always the same:
1) Do Koreans spend too much on English language learning?
2) What can be done to reduce the costs?
3) Are Korean-based immersion programs (i.e., English villages) a good solution?
